ERASMUS at SMK University of Applied Social Sciences Dear Student! The time has come to make a decision to become an ERASMUS student and experience one of the most memorable moment of your life. You are all invited to choose SMK University of Applied Social Sciences in Vilnius (LITHUANIA) as your exchange institution and come to Vilnius for an exciting couple of months. In this page you will find Application Form that you should fill in, print out and add 1 photo. We would also require adding a copy of your ID. What else you have to do? LEARNING AGREEMENT: in this page you will also find a Learning Agreement form that you have to fill in, sign/stamp and send two copies by regular post. Everything MUST be prepared with the assistance of your ERASMUS coordinator. A Learning Agreement MUST have at least 30 ECTS per semester. One more time what you need to sent: Application form Signed/stamped Learning Agreement (2 copies by regular mail) One photo Copy of your ID Prior arrivals to Lithuania DO NOT forget to get the EUROPEAN HEALTH CARD.
