Every year more Erasmus students from various foreign countries choose their exchange studies in SMK  University of Applied Social Sciences the second biggest higher education institution in Lithuania possessing two more branches in different regions of the country.

Students have the opportunity to acquire new knowledge of the culture, language, traditions as well as obtain a different perspective on teaching methods and study techniques that expand their academic knowledge and influence students‘ intellectual growth.

During the stay in the SMK  University of Applied Social Sciences students are invited to number international events and activities. SMK organizes intercultural celebrations where students have an opportunity to present their country, culture and traditions as well as their national food. Lithuania is known for the annual international event organized for all Erasmus exchange students in Lithuania called “Erasmus days”.
