The mission of the Project Management Centre is to pursue holistic development of the SMK as well as to seek improvement of all activity areas through implementation of project activities and continuous integration into the activity of other college departments.

The Project Management Centre is:

• responsible for initiating new EU projects and implementing and coordinating the existing ones
• incorporating students and lecturers to participate in the project activities more actively
• making contacts with International organizations for project related activities and cultivate communication with the existing partners
• disseminating information about the Project Management Centre inside the SMK and beyond it

At the moment the SMK implements 25 international and national projects under various programs, such as European Structural Funds, LifelongLearning Programme, Nordplus, INTERREG, etc.
