During the years of 2002-2003m. College of Social Sciences University of Applied Sciences has implemented the project granted by PHARE 2000 ESS Business Development Fund "Klaipeda region business human resources competence development by increasing competitiveness of the companies and preparing business expansion possibilities” During the project implementation, 590 workers from big, small and medium Klaipeda region business companies were trained, under 18 learning programmes:

After the project has ended, the College put together and published a training edition for businessmen, which includes eleven training programmes for individual learning. The material is not only available on – line, the edition can be received free of charge in College of Social Sciences Project Management centre.
